My recent stay at Gentile Relais was a pleasant one. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the city. The facilities were neat and clean, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its competitive price and elegant atmosphere. I had a positive experience at Gentile Relais.

It is in great location to Pantesia, set next to the hotel. It is located next to bars and cafés. The room is reasonably large and new-fashioned and the bed is very comfy.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the enjoyable area. The location is good and excellent, 1 mile from a baroque church.

Excellent location, just a minute's walk from the metro stop and close to the best shops. Delicious pizza available nearby, only a 2-minute walk from the hotel.- The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.- The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Check-in process was confusing and there was a lack of communication regarding access to the building. The advertised check-in and check-out times were different from what the staff informed.

Enjoyed our neat room and very comfy beds. The hotel's position was great next to bars and cafés. We had goodies and coffee at Casa Infante, it was located next to the venue.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean, it had fast wi-fi, its location was excellent very close to the metro station.

Tbh, had a comfortable stay for our first visit in Naples. Everything was brand-new, helpful staff, marvellous location right by a beautiful old palace, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and lively neighbourhood of Naples👍

The location of Gentile Relais was a bit challenging to find, but once inside, the place was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood it is located in is upscale and lively, with great local restaurants nearby. The Metro station just outside the property made it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially the owners, were extremely nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

Amazing Location: The hotel is situated in a historic building in the heart of Naples, giving it a unique charm and ambiance that cannot be compared to any other hotel in town.

Limited Office Hours: The only downside was that the reception office closes after 3pm, which can be inconvenient if you encounter any issues or need assistance. Though, thankfully, we didn't have any problems during our stay.

The hotel lacks the organization and manpower of a larger hotel, resulting in some minor maintenance issues in the rooms.

Fancy balconies, old building, free WiFi, and bar. Close to popular attractions. Free breakfast and business center. Must be present at check-in. Don't worry, they have a first aid kit.

Conveniently located near metro and attractions, helpful and kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty and abundant breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the bed and breakfast. Gentile Relais Bed & Breakfast was in a great location, near the metro station and taxi stand. The high street with its shops, restaurants, and cafes was just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, with all the necessary facilities. The staff, including the host, were helpful and friendly. We were pleased with the functioning WiFi and TV entertainment. our room was as expected - clean and recently renovated.

Can't fault anything about it. 👍
